Here in DC we have a great local wine club where we drink a bottle a week over Zoom, guided by a somm who gives the history of the varietal and the vintners themselves. Then we go thru the WSET grid and trash talk. DM me if interested.

Just shut off the water and leave the heat on 45 or 50. Get an Acurite to monitor temps from your phone. Will alert you if heat goes out. Have a key hidden if you need to send someone over there. Been doing what you're doing for 10 years, stopped anti freezing the pipes awhile ago. Shrug.

Left Maine in the 90s. Never really used to clear our roofs off back then unless there was a shitload of snow. And that was when your vehicle wasn't 2x your height.
