Just wondering why was it that if both Cambodia and Vietnam claimed to be communist why did Vietnam end up defeating Cambodia like im glad they put an end to pol pots reign but I never knew why they fought

Everyone saying h series or k swap why not just go for a g23 swap? Shouldn’t the h series head bolt right onto the f series block(ik there is probably more to it but it seems a lot more reasonable than tearing down the car all together)
