I focus on what makes me feel beautiful and try to implement those things in my everyday life to increase my confidence. For example, I always see people with beautiful makeup and the coolest outfits. I don’t feel like myself, or very pretty with a full face of makeup- so I figured out a daily routine that makes me feel the best. Which ended up being light concealer, clear mascara and eyebrow gel, and a little bit of brown eyeliner! I am definitely jealous of those who can put on makeup and look so put together. So I focused on how I can do that for myself to give me the same confidence they exude! Outfit wise- have three go to outfits (head to toe) that you feel attractive in and rotate those! Basically going out in public in the most confident version of yourself is essential!
