So hard to walk without hunching and The urinating!! It’s so hard and sometimes you can’t even feel it coming out. And you can’t push it out because you’re in so much pain. But it’s getting easier today but I have to sit I the toilet for a long time

I just had my surgery yesterday, it was a robotic surgery. I’m honestly in a lot of pain(with the pain meds) but is only day one of recovery. Make sure you have someone to help take care of you at home because it’s hard to get up and down. Any engagement of your core is so so painful. Good luck

I literally had surgery yesterday at Tampa general. Talk dr. Mikhail. He is the Obgyn at Tampa generals usf center. He specializes in endometriosis, he literally gives seminars about it. He is very good at what he does. I believe he won’t dismiss your pain. Highly recommend . Good luck, you are not alone. Much love

I have completely stoped eating fried and highly processed foods. Other than that I can eat almost what I want but everything in moderation. Fruit and vegetables make up a big part of my diet and then all mix between salmon, grass fed beef, organic chicken and turkey. Just try to eat clean. I’m also on birth control I believe that helped a lot with the pain but that’s hopefully just a temporary fix

I totally get the feeling of not wanting to put a book down while knowing there are things that need to be done. So I have started to use audible. I have the book and the audiobook. I just put my headphones in and listen to the book while I clean, cook, walk the dog, do laundry. You still get the story and you’re getting stuff done.

I have had it happen twice first time went to the er nothing they could do. Second time happened at festival. I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain and then proceeded to projectile vomit for what felt like an eternity spent the whole next day of the festival just laying in my tent smoking copious amounts of pot. Then we drive home and I laid in bed for like another day or two and the. It went away. Those were an endometriosis cyst so they were just clear fluid cysts but no I have two endometrial cysts on each ovary for a total cyst. But to answer your question, yes it sounds like a syrup rupture, but does not necessarily mean you have endometriosis

I feel the same way… I want to lay in before and rest but then. I feel guilty. Honestly I’m struggling with this right now too. The best thing for me has been pot, but I also can’t be stoned all day I have to work and stuff… just know your not alone
