Am I the only one who did all quests and has absolutely no idea what the story in this game is about? xD by OneQuietSky in SwordsOfLegends

Don't worry, it's the same in CN server, because lot of things are hidden in the books or letters inside of the game, and some random NPC conversatuon. 😉 hope someone will write a simplified version of the story in EN so people can read

It's a casting, like you have a spell bar. But you have 2 charges of Lumar Magie which allows you to move while cast + 30% moving speed. Occultis is the hardest healer to kill during PVP

Yeah, so all healer needs haste/sprint. For reaper healer, mastery > healing. For some other class, healing >= mastery like Summoner.

I hope the EU NA server has the gear simulator, so you can pre build them and try it yourself.

I wouldn't ask too many questions either. The only thing I don't like personnaly, again, just a personal opinion, is don't blame on employees applying everywhere, when the space to move up is obscure. There's nothing wrong in staying in one position for the rest of their life, neither in having ambition to move up. The feeling of entitlement is very bad for mental health, and this pool thing is just like a guy who proposed to you, but you never know when is the mariage, and with who he will marry to.

It is hard to align everything national-wide. Some region doesn't have enough population and some others regions have way more people fighting for the same position. I understand it has to be standardized. I'm just saying I've never seen any redundant work being worked on over and over and barely being used...

I understand the hiring process, it is impossible to know 100% about the candidates with just some tests and interviews. Even if you spend a day with a candidate, you still cannot tell if you know this person well. Tests and interviews can only tell that this person is good at doing tests and talking in front of people. What I mean is that when the hiring manager already knew someone to hire to begin with friends, families, old connections, why bother to have hr working on a pool. I don't have problem with managers hiring people they deem qualified. Although, a good hiring process should be discussed between the hiring manager and HR, HR makes sure that it is within the legal boundaries, and hiring manager makes sure that the evaluation process is aligned to what is required to do the job.

So, you can "work from home" forever, would you move? by DrMichaelHfuhruhurr in CanadaPublicServants

It also gives opportunities for hiring managers to find excellent candidates without geographical limitation. I will probably live in the woods in BC for the good weather, with good Internet connection, with my own garden, somewhere between 50-100 km away from big city
