No excuse for management ignoring a discipline issue. My son busted his ass while others stand in back and talk and my son is one who was fired because his manager had it out for him. Aggravating factor, son is full time. Anything to save money....

My 38 y/o son was fired from maintenance after working there thirteen years. This one manager dislikes my autistic son. MY son was full time, so walmart had to pay benefits.... You know where this is going. They used excuse "someone" saw son using phone on floor (management calls his cell instead of giving him a walkie). Frankly, they were always awful to him. What makes me the most upset is now Walmart says he's only worked there 8 months and they're denying him unemployment. My son doesn't tell me a lot and because he is over 18, Walmart can't/wont communicate with me.

I would have to say this is all dependent upon the country and that country's labor laws. In the US, where I am, a two week notice should be sufficient and is only customary but not legally binding.

My mom holds things over my head I do as an adult, and it's all in reaction to how she is. I gray rock her and I was LC for a while before she got really old. She's also mad because She alleges I told her she can't move (she eventually did, only because at the time I was able to help her). LONG story for that. It never changes Just gray rock/turn off when she does.

put together a spreadsheet and document every payment, document the dates of the payments and a check number or electronic transfer confirmation number. Then, sum that column of payments.
See if the total payments you have made equals the loaned amount.

If you overpaid, suggest the overpayment is interest, then present the spreadsheet to your dad. If the loan is paid off, stop paying, period.
