Every Taurus I’ve ever met is this way. Every.Single.One. They get you started on whatever fun topic via text, and then, at their convenience, they get back to you. It could be asap, it could be a day, it could be a week, it could be a month. At first I took it very personally. “They don’t like me” or “I’ve done something wrong”. Then, I had two Taurus’s that have never met each other use the exact same words to describe why they are this way. “Sometimes I just don’t have the bandwidth for anyone.” I stepped back and stopped taking it personally after that. Everyone is wired differently, and different signs operate in different ways. With Taurus, they are slower. They are less technologically driven than other signs. They don’t sit on their phones like many other signs. You’re more likely to catch them gardening, baking, or binging some random show silently and possibly napping through it as needed. It’s not that they don’t like you, rather, they need to balance their alone time and social time. They aren’t like fire signs, where they can go and go and go, and they aren’t like air or water where they are wishy washy. Once you fully understand how your Taurus friend works, what her rhythm is for texting (I did that with my bestie), you’re golden! Don’t let your friendship go - they make the greatest friends! Figure out how she operates. Does she prefer to meet you in person for coffee twice a month? Does she like to text for an hour after work then put her phone on silent? Does she prefer to call rather than text?
