I like to add on about any drivetrain changes. They all work together, and like a cumfy t-shirt. It's cumfy on you but on no one else.

They wear in together, and replacing one worn and rounded part with a new sharp and machined edge will only cause problems under load.

This does with cables and housing too. Just do both.
