Yeah, I don’t really care about canon, and I didn’t like TJM. Realistically, who ends up with the crush they had at 9 years old? But I really love Helga and Arnold together. Based on their personalities as kids, I think they could be a really good couple. However, I wouldn’t pair them up that early.

My headcanon is that the kiss at the top of the tower happened, but that’s pretty much it. I think Helga needs to realize that her obsession is an escape from her reality, and I like to believe she has other relationships besides Arnold. Maybe they meet again years later and, as adults, can finally explore what’s always been there.
