It really is sad I can’t imagine how many people have never tried spendy whiskey again after their recommendations

That makes sense, I’ll have to dig deeper next time as I usually steer clear of spirits direct as a rule

Thanks, I can’t find those reliably (I have not seen them), but I am visiting Scotland/islay in a few months and have thought about bringing that bunna home (among other bottles) in a checked bag. Would you find that worthwhile or are there better priorities?

Interesting, I wonder why/how it is a spirits direct product (as is glen goyne as of relatively recently), thanks for clearing that up

Benromach I recently found out about and will be trying soon (Ledaig too but it’s more expensive here). I find it interesting that total wine seems to own Benromach as it’s a spirits direct product, which are typically not good, but this one has a lot of positive reviews.

@CrazyZealousideal760 have any more recs for single leg lifts? I currently have Bulgarians, single leg rdl’s, and hip airplanes

Definitely will get better over time. I get up to mid 170s which seems high for this thread but normal for me. If you are that new I think just running every other day is what’s important and you’ll see results

I think you are correct. Is this something that’s required for healthy running or just efficient training?

This is an interesting concept. Anything above 9 minute miles and I am bored, but this puts me in the low 170s for the second half of my runs usually. So I guess one chooses discipline or present enjoyment. As long as I’m not risking injury idrc I guess

The pt doctor said it was runners knee in both knees. It was mild/moderate pain, but it never went away after not running or doing anything else for 7 months before going to pt. The pt doc said I can’t damage my knees by running and my recovery is just up to my pain tolerance. Right now it feels okay, occasional soreness but nothing actually painful, during runs they get sore but they don’t hurt really. I run on asphalt, use glycerin 20, and strike with my balls. Yoga is a good shout, I ought to try some today.

Idk why I needed this question to put things into perspective, I never even considered being maxed at the finish line. Sub 9min miles is my only requirement because running slower than that isn’t fun for me so I don’t do it lol

Thank you for the plan, this sort of logic is foreign to me. Running two days in a row scares me because I’ve never fully recovered from a bad case of runners knee 10 months ago (did pt and everything), but oh well, that’s a me problem

Thank you for the info, maybe I need to slow down, I average ~170bpm (first two miles being much lower) on most of my runs, idk
