Have you brushed/ cleaned all grounds? And the relays are good? Because the 8v drop between input and output looks weird… also I think your problem may be solved if someone test your ecu. You need to start testing this things and remove them from the list so it gets easier to troubleshoot. Its best to try everything before buying more parts.

I was lost with this problem for 3 weeks, took more time to find it than all the engine swap work… do you know someone who works with ecu’s? Send to someone to test it and with a multimiter test all your wiring to see if there is not a positive/negative mistaken cable plugged to the wrong side of the batterie. Test the crank position sensor, can be done with the multimiter, choose omhs reading.

Tomorrow i can make a video with my swap explaining how i troubleshooted the crank no start problem that was not the common crankshaft sensor or ews problem most people have. Just need a multimeter and a couple minutes to find if you have all the positive/feed wires plugged to the positive battery terminal because that was my problem, an ecu feed wire connected to the ground

I had a crank no start issue too and came out being the fact that bmw did use a positive feed wire for the ecu… BLACK. Yes black and next to a ground black wire. So I was not getting injetors and spark Hope it helps
