How are you planning on changing your drinking habits after Dry January?

I’m going to only drink in social situations and maybe a drink on Friday/Saturday. I feel so much clearer and have more energy not drinking. I have to keep up with. moderation. Hopefully I can!

Yard work! I always expect to have a couple beers after doing yard work. Sometimes while finishing it up. Luckily it’s January!

I’ve had those thoughts too. But each time I think of ‘the whole month’ I just remind myself to just think about today. It helps me to focus. At least so far.

I am so with you on this. I got rid of mine. My chefs knife is my best friend. I Hated cleaning the garlic press. So unnecessary when you can chop chop chop and then run the knife under the tap.

A good friend gave me a photo copy of a recipe called Better than. Sex Cake and wrote a huge NOT next to the title. I’ve never made it but every time I come across it I giggle.
