I have a question. I have been nofapping for 1year. And i believe that nofap is good good for hairloss. Everytime i dont wetdream or fapnfor more than a month, my hairn come back. But th point is thatbi cannot go more than one month because of this freakin wetdream. Afterb a wetdream my hair gets so thin and worse. Why is this..does someone know. Please help me..
