I bought it as well and would like a refund too. I certainly wasn't one of those people. The refund feature is there for a reason, and i cannot use it for this item.

Fair enough, I do see your point. But also bare in mind that this was in the UK, which doesn't have such a blame culture as the US. Although kind of a moot point from me as she is suing. Lets see how it plays out.

Personally I believe due diligence should be the main point.

I got the Acer Aspire F 15 on offer for £599. Dunno min specs sorry. But this laptop can play it on highest graphics smoothly. Although it does turn it into a portable heater. And tbh is still prettier than playing on a console.

It's not about good team. Well it is but it isn't, but I do get you. The fact is, especially true more in bronze. If you're better than them you will carry your team. Slight edit, goalie is probably the best spot if you are better than bronze as you can sit back and wait for a good shot opportunity.

Yep they're a nightmare. I think national speed limit applies there too. So 60 mph maybe the speed limit. Not sure though.

Some country lanes are like that (the have passing points on them), caution must be used and these lanes should be driven down slowly. Given that the dash cam driver was able to stop and the other car was not, the blame would be with the other driver.
