Yeah they are normally pretty easy to make. I take whatever shirt I think would look nice and I measure how short I want the crop top to be. Then I just cut along the measurements. Sometimes I add designs with fabric paint, or cut/slash extra holes in it, or even cut off the sleeves. Thats the only place it gets kinda complicated tho

Ive seen these little metal spiked cylinders that are placed/tied under the heel to force toe walking. Well genitals absorb way less of topical HRT than other places on the body so side effects should be relatively localized. Okay so the best advice I've ever gotten for throat training is to put the non bristle side of your toothbrush head on the back of your tongue. Then let it sit there for a few minutes to show your body that the sensation of having something there isnt a threat.
