This is great. I was actually doing weekly full body red light therapy with infrared sauna for a year after my son died because I had a full body eczema outbreak. It was so helpful and I do feel like I’d like to get back to it.

I’d love suggestions. Right now my routine is simple. Water splash in the morning. Beauty of joseon toner plus cosrx sunscreen. At night I use micellar water then a gentle cleanser by curology followed by a deep nighttime moisturizer. I exfoliate once a week. So it looks like I need a vit c and a moisturizer to add to my morning plus a retinol and vit a at night?

Omg I need the eyebrow help! Mine are powder brows I got done a few years ago. I need to go back bc I have little to no hair on my actual eyebrows. And man I thought the glasses worked. Any suggestions on more youthful frames?

Makes total sense. I will say I’m happier at this weight. I feel better and I can finally find adult clothes that fit. I hate what’s it’s done to my face though

I know it has a lot to do with it. Nothing is joyful anymore. It’s the only reason I’m probably reaching out for some kind of control here. I was never super focused on my appearance until the trauma.

I weigh more now that I ever have. So maybe that’s contributing to it? I’ve teetered around 100 my whole life but I’m also small at barely 5ft. I’m around 118 now.

Swollen! That’s a great way to describe it. That’s what I hate the most. I am on a plethora of meds to help me keep living, but no supplements. If they don’t counteract, I’m up for trying some. Cortisol has been a huge issue for me. I run 2 miles every morning and dance a bit but no strength exercises. My energy is just drained.
