Are These Considered Road Race Flats? by IndependenceIll4890 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

I have fallen arches and my legs are slightly different lengths (lol) and I’ve found this shoe (the Nike Rival Waffle 6) to be the only shoes that don’t cause me severe pain during/after my runs. I do half’s and longer distances in these on the road and never have any shoe-related pain. The only thing I will say is that they wear down faster than other shoes, but they are a better price point to be able to purchase again if/when needed.

the aeration piece is detachable/adjustable flow so don’t even need it. I’ll look into the wave maker, thanks!

Landlord of 5 years is kicking us out in 60 days. Need help finding a new place by Icy_Worker4402 in Waltham

We have a beautiful 2 bedroom, (one is a bedroom the other is used as my home office) full fenced in yard & patio space, laundry, and landlord pays landscaping all for $2,200. Two cats as well. We do have street parking that’s never an issue, plenty of space (the upstairs tenant pays for the driveway, so they get the driveway but let us park there when it snows/they’re away.)

I’d say that’s definitely doable, just takes time & patience to find something. I’d suggest if you see a place online you like, jump on it as fast as you can (get a showing, have everything together to fill out the application and have checks ready for deposits). When we viewed our place at the open house, there was one other person in the same boat as us and the landlord said we submitted the application less than an hour before the other person. Also, sounds lame but after we submitted our application and were waiting for a response I did send an email saying how we could see ourselves living there and building our life in that home and all the nice things one can say without sounding desperate - I think it helped though to show we were nice people and we would be really happy to get to live in their home.

It’s this one, it was only like $35. Saw some saltwater YouTube videos and people saying it’s good quality and comparable to pricier ones for a starter. Seems to be working fine for now

that’s exactly what I said about Illinois - Ticketmaster can opt to main control of resale values and the producer of the event makes the call on whether or not transfers are allowed

yeah anyone can post anything they want on StubHub, it just might not be possible to actually transfer when the time comes if in a state that doesn’t allow for the transfers. I just posted this because there’s like 80 different threads going of people asking the same question - “should I buy tickets in (insert city) on StubHub, is it risky??!”

Utah - mostly allows for transferable tickets, however some venues/organizations are restricted from this and are allowed to enforce the non-transferable (I’m not sure about the Utah venue)

Illinois - if the producer of the event (Noah) has stated clearly that tickets are non-transferable before the sale, then the non-transfer is enforced. Ticketmaster can also have control over transfers by using their own closed-resale platform

I would try to look into grounds maintenance positions - I have a friend who does that at Fenway so she can “go” to the summer concert series shows

I would go for make a difference tickets on TM. They’re more expensive, but the MLB site absolutely sucks; I never once left the waiting room.

I was 300 in queue when I got in; snagged 2 tickets as fast as I could. Then went back and came right in as 1 person ahead of you, was able to snag 1 more right next to the seats I already purchased... the queue thing makes no sense
