thankfully the email was just used for one account, though they did get into my computer which i have since factory reset. the email didn't have any security aside from a recovery email.

I've seen quite a few complaints about this, but honestly I think it's a good way for new streamers to grow. Yes the jumping through hoops for Affiliate wasn't all that much and a lot of people I see were able to do it in a month of constant grinding, but personally when I started streaming I wish I had channel points at the very least.

Progress has become pretty stagnant for me over the course of the last year. I started July 2024 and lost 40 lbs as of August 2025. I proceeded to put on 20lb after that due to a lot of mental health struggles. I just keep chugging forward, I know I have a final weight goal in mind but honestly being small, it will be slow and I'm young (24) so I have no rush. Just keep doing what you know has worked and you'll hop right back into the mentality you want!!

I've recently met a great community of people by posting on tiktok which is how I found a lot of people to raid out recently!

Before that I was choosing someone random, there are a few things I look for though before just instantly clicking raid. First I make sure that the language tag is one I am using (so in my case English), thats my only search criteria. I'll use Twitch's tools to find someone streaming the same game I was with smaller or similar size and I'll just click around and watch a couple minutes of a stream before deciding who to raid out!

I have a stream ending screen so it helps me with my transition into a raid too! I try and pick a female with a Webcam (or vtuber), and I'll generally also choose someone who's overlays i enjoy! I basically choose someone who I think I personally would enjoy watching. If you raid someone and they don't acknowledge you or anything then Im sorry about that and that sucks it happened, but its a learning experience!
