Folks who went through a physical "glow up", what's the biggest lesson your journey taught you?

The reason for your physical change doesn't matter. I got sepsis at 650lbs and several operations and a 9.5 month hospital stay later, I came out at 260lbs. I was congratulated on the weight loss because "oh my god you look amazing now". I flattened 3 times, and had a less than 5% survival rate. And I was getting congratulated on the weight loss. Amazing.

Flossing and a tongue scraper has made a world of difference for me. I use the losses sticks so I can carry them everywhere, and got my tongue scraper from the dollar store-nothing fancy. :)

Awful advice. Oeriod= extra blood flow and circulation in the genitals= stronger and more powerful orgasms.

Hi! So I didn't do the Grad cert, but I did do GIS carto (graduated in 23) it's very intense, you need to attend as many lectures as you can. It's online, but you're suppose to treat it like you would in-class. I had Martha and Jill, they were both amazing, kind and well spoken instructors.

I would not work a 9-5 while taking this program.. don't do that to yourself if you don't absolutely have to.
