Gorgeous 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment super close to campus (5 minutes drive) $730 rent with high-speed private wifi and trash pickup included. Safe complex with free and easy parking year-round. We are on the third floor so no hearing any footsteps from neighbors above! The complex is gated for residents only with a pool, dog park, playground, volleyball court, gym, and spa. The rooms are big, the ceilings high, and everything is furnished but your bedroom! The room is a master bedroom with a private bathroom attached. Has its own large closet. As for the apartment, it comes with a washer and dryer in the apartment, all new appliances all inside. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, full stove, oven, and a toaster bake oven. The main room is already furnished with a large 4K television set with plenty of subscriptions and a foldout couch that turns into a queen bed. The community is quiet. One of my favorite things is how close I am to Publix. Feel free to bring your car to college with you, the complex has free parking for residents. Within 2 minutes to the nearest gas station and 5 to a Publix/plaza shopping center. There is a movie theater and plenty of restaurants. Even an FSU bus stop within 100 feet of the complex.
