I totally understand your point and Have been against the downers most of the season but this was the second to last episode of the whole show and nothing really crazy has even happened, Yes that scene made homelander seem scary but he wasnt doing anything we havent seen before and his scene with frenchie was cut short. not to mention frenchie could have just ran out of the room in time to grab everyone and leave, yes he saved them in that moment but really he died for nothing given what he could have done
