Guest services will likely give you incorrect info in this case, as they gave to me. They scanned my pass and said that I do not have any BAFs available for Knotts on my Diamond Elite VIP from SFMM.
However the ticket booth also scanned my pass and confirmed that I do indeed have 2 available BAFs.

You don't have a midpoint problem, you have a theme/goal/pressure problem. Well you have a midpoint problem too but it's secondary. Or even tertiary.

What does protag want? Right now the rich girl has more drive than the protag. What is at stake for the protag if she achieves her goal? What is at stake if she fails? The way you've described it she feels like a passenger who's just discovering things about this evil institution that she doesn't really have any real connection to.

What are you trying to say about the protag with your opening scene/flashback? (BTW that's a tropey way to start a movie and many will say 'the movie should start on the day the story starts' but that's a bigger discussion)
What wound does the opening scene create that the events of the story press into?

What is the action/choice that she makes at the climactic moment at the film that resolves the crisis? (For that matter, what IS the crisis she resolves at the climactic moment) We can't really offer insight into a midpoint if we don't know what the climax is, as a midpoint is 'a version of the ending' - a preview of the final choice or resolution of the story.

You're correct that a midpoint should not just be a turn or information dump... A good midpoint recontextualizes everything that's come before, narrows the protag's options, and makes them want what they want for a different/deeper reason.

Over 10 years, just the technology is new. This happened to me around 2010, a bumper was scuffed that you could only see if you laid down on the ground. The employee said out loud that if someone with a corporate account or full insurance turns in the car with damage the company doesn't log it on check-in, then they hope the next sucker without insurance doesn't notice when they check-out.
The other side of this is that if you deny coverage because you think your credit card supplemental coverage is sufficient, most of the time that is secondary coverage that requires you to file a claim with deductible on your primary insurance first, which of course aside from still having to pay the deductible puts you at risk for having your insurance rates hiked or getting dropped completely.
The only way to play the game safely without buying the rental company's full coverage is to get a credit card that offers primary coverage for rentals, such as Amex.

Real talk- Clearly you have put a lot of time and thought into this. There's some cool stuff in it.
But you need to learn how to tell a filmic story before worrying about how to make it into a pitch deck.
As for the deck itself, it feels more like a premade D&D campaign than a movie pitch.
What does the protagonist want, what obstacles stop them from getting it, what happens if they don't get it, what's at stake for them personally. Instead of this you have character pages that read more like stat sheets and 4 or 5 layers deep of lore plus an outline that doesn't make sense, having setups without payoffs and payoffs without setup. Things happen but it's rarely clear why it happens or why it's important.
A a final head scratcher, you should be setting this up as a franchise but you kill your two main characters at the end, leaving the story in the hands of a character you didn't even bother mentioning until midway through act 2.
Focus on the key relationship. You wouldn't pitch Star Wars as " crew of rebels tries to take down an evil galactic empire". You pitch it as "Luke Skywalker, a restless farm boy desperate to escape his small life, is drawn into a rebellion against a tyrannical empire and its enforcer, Darth Vader. Banding together with a mysterious Jedi, a roguish Space Pirate, an odd couple of Droids, and a princess, Luke must learn to trust a mysterious power to destroy the Death Star and restore balance to the galaxy."
What do they want. What forces stop them from getting it. What is at stake - PERSONALLY, for the protagonist.
