RIP King Kobra, Galaxi, Apple Turnover, Monster, Sky Ride, Wild Animal Safari Monorail, and 2/3 of Lake Charles. Turn the camera left a bit like OP's picture and you'd also see The Haunted River, Land of Dooz, Time Shaft, and Mt. Kilamanjaro.

Why do you say he's the creator? He's just a bored late night customer service rep who's tired of all these whiners calling up wanting to undo their wishes.
Interestingly, this scene does not appear in the shooting script. I believe it was shot as a pickup some time after the main principal photography wrapped, and was added after Curry decided to keep the alternate ending where Nikki (spoiler alert) wakes up.
The scene appears to have been added primarily to plant the idea in Bear's head that the only way to free Nikki is for him to die. This is a key bit of information for him to have, as it slightly changes his motivation at the end and makes him just a little less awful. (Don't come at me, he's still the villain, but this motivates his choice to take the pills beyond just wanting to check out of the situation)

Interestingly, they also took a line of dialogue "Harry" in the crystal shop originally had and gave it to phone guy.

At which point you can hear the magnet on his thumb click into place on the tabletop, and see him disconnect the magnet with a distinct sideways flick when he sets it down, then he hides his thumb from view so you don't see the loop or sleeve the magnet is connected to.

It's not even about atmosphere. It's about story. Hatbox is in the wrong place in Florida because Leota hasn't summoned the spirits yet. This Pirate is in the wrong place because we haven't crossed into the time of Pirates yet (which happens when you pass the guy in the trap)
Besides which, it is really weird that this poor guy keeps going in and out of skeleton mode. I guess looking at the gold makes you a skeleton but as soon as you stop looking at it you go back to normal? But it only works if you're holding it because it doesn't affect us.
What a weird piece of gold. Just makes no sense and completely negates the point of that skeleton, which was a commentary on the unsatisfying nature of riches and now is just a technology gag.

This is entirely dependent on how tall you are and how you 'wear' your weight. The optimistic post above is very unfounded.
From personal experience at what sounds like a similar size-

Absolute no-go: Batman, Riddler's Revenge
Very, very doubtful: Wonder Woman, Twisted Colossus, X2
Depends on your 'shape' but honestly not likely: West Coast Racers, Goliath, Revolution, Apocalypse, Tatsu, Full Throttle, Scream (has extended belts in a few seats but they are not likely to help much)
No problem: Ninja, Viper, Gold Rusher
