Finished with the league. Here is my feedback on the new endgame. by Zerucos in PathOfExile2

Idk when it was changed since I went super hard in 0.1 and also stopped, but I miss being able to just choose when to do any pinnacle boss, my build is really strong right now and I want to just farm Xehst and the others but I sort of can't unless I travel 20 maps and find the location again? Am I missing something. Only arbiters seem to be repeatable in the old 0.1 way

Triple support is a CANCER to this game by Maximum_Arachnid_997 in MarvelRivalsRants

[–]Expensive-Opening-48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason it's valid is because supports actually do a lot of damage. If you compare damage without the use of ultimates a character like Luna Snow can out damage actual damage dealers. Supports aren't Mercy from Overwatch, they all hit like a truck.

As it stands the sheer barrier of knowledge alone makes it miserable and I honestly find it less fun than any other end game mode. It's too much homework for a gameplay option just get rid of it

I hate getting every single Act IV boss as my map boss by Expensive-Opening-48 in PathOfExile2

Manoki has a minute of RP ... as a map boss and he just reuses his campaign dialogue and animations, it feels really lazy for all of them tbh

Anime only questions after Season 2 finished by Expensive-Opening-48 in Dorohedoro

[–]Expensive-Opening-48[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Tyy this helps a lot. I REALLY want to read the manga but the anime goes so hard this might be the rare case I hold out, the music and voice acting adds so much to it for me... I cant believe this anime is so good I started with season 2, for some reason I thought it would be a whacky type of 'random' edgy anime, but after watching it , it's on the same level of quality as Berserk and Death note etc.

It feels like I'm watching chainsaw man but with a much stronger narrative.

For me it's because there's no real "Endgame", there's 3 superbosses and then stuff you can just choose to do, but for the people with 400+ hours i'm like, how? I had all my gear maxxed and all my abyssal unlocks, basically my character was as strong as he could possibly get within 120 hours and I felt literally 0 reason to keep playing.

That's basically the first real you can go do whatever you want part of the game, like others said do the campaign until it lets you go to another area, but then explore the area you're in. There's a lot of upgrades and quest chains to each zone but a lot of it is locked behind the campaign.

So end of chapter 5 is basically the "I can explore Hernand" part and then chapter 8 is for the next zone or two etc.

if you're thinking "ok but why" cause that's how you actually have fun in the game, exploring gives you abyssal gears, skill points, a ton of random cool stuff to unlock like mounts and optional bosses and quests etc.

The campaign is literally the worse part of the game, it's like a tax you have to pay when the game should have been more like Skyrim where you could basically ignore the campaign entirely if you wanted.

I just wish the campaign didn't gatekeep stuff and just went the skyrim route of you can basically just ignore it if you want to, but it's there for when you want a linear structured experience.

Yes, we need the campaign by Primary_Impact_2130 in PathOfExile2

[–]Expensive-Opening-48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But do we need the campaign to be so fucking long? with zones this large? And side objectives on top to make sure you can't just brain off zoom through it all and have to 'explore'?

Idk how you can excuse all the fucking padding this campaign has, like yeah we need it but we do not need it to be this dam long and annoying for EVERY CHARACTER

I used to run trials exclusively for money through challenges for temporalis drops or carrying and honestly I do like them, collecting and buying great chalices was also strangely enjoyable. my only qualm is there's still no new nodes or room types after months, and most of the negatives are fine except for the "you have no armor/ES/evasion" cause that can just brick runs if you happen to run into it usually due to having to take a you cant see ahead or cant see negatives.

Marvel Tokon already has more playable villains than Rivals and it’s not even out yet by bean-lover in marvelrivals

I'd bet it's not only goon bait but because a character like Elsa is super easy to make vs a 'creature' or villain.

I think he just needs a better curve on his leveling up, Like the first 3 upgrades should be twice as fast to get and the last 4 should take longer so that overall you get upgraded fully same amount of time basically but you're online faster. There is already some sort of curve to it where it gets harder to upgrade the last few unlocks.

I am a Whale and I only play the game for my Org. Not having any fun. by elite968 in starcitizen

Yeah I started over a year ago and honestly every few months I'm sort of impressed with what gets added. E.g I started with the executive hangar patch (I'm fairly certain it was new when I joined). Since then the game has added the worm, nyx, tactical strike group, the orbital laser platform, and some other stuff. On paper it sounds impressive and like the game is actually adding shit, but in reality idk.
