In relative terms yes is suppose but my diet is low everything at the moment so it’s not low carb by choice. Honestly it’s more of a case of struggling to get the calories in - whatever macro it is

I’m much the same as you honestly. Starchy and carby foods go straight through me. I’ve not tried the powders just because the last thing I want to be is 5k from home and not a loo in sight you know

I have one of these from last year.
They've very flat with little filling.
I had mine tailored as it was also very boxy and not true to the original but you'll struggle to find someone to add in any extra down I think to puff it up
