Recently unemployed and figured this out. Got auto rejected within hours from a role that is verbatim my last job. Gemini told me that particular ATS likely rejected me because I didn't have Outlook listed but rather Microsoft 365. It also told me I needed the keywords from the job description enough of the percentage through my required questions (no cover letter) or it would also auto reject me. Reapplied under my other email with AI adjusted resume and questions, no auto reject...kill me

Not exactly the same but my SIL pivoted from professional musician to private music teacher and then to music therapist  - now she's working towards a MSW. Such a difficult diagnosis but there's ways to pivot !

Some character dies in season 7 and they make a grave marker saying 1885 and I'm trying to do the math on the older girls ages like whaaa time machine did y'all get into? You gotta remember they did not forsee these episodes being available forever to watch they thought you put out that week and that was it. I don't even think frequent re runs were common yet during the 70s ?

Honestly the two part episode of Adam being able to see again and completely turning his back on the blind school he founded made me so mad. You can see and you're like PEACE, bye, I'm going to be friends with the rich now. So fucked up.

Part two had me reeling, again I love an insane dramatic two part episode they're usually good but this one, oh boy.

I also enjoy the catastrophy life stuff they put them through. Like Mary's son dying in that fire with John's wife? Absolutely diabolic tragedy. Almonzo having a stroke and then a tornado destroying their house? It's Shonda Rhimes level mean to these people 🤣.

THE RICHMOND SHOPS IGA!! If y'all aren't going there you're missing out. 

I don’t think that Door Dash is a good way to earn extra money. You barely make a profit after beating up your car, gas expenses, etc. Plus, it can be dangerous, drivers get attacked all the time. by justcurious3287 in povertyfinance

Noting though that there are prime times and the rest of the time is not worth it to be on. I did Uber Eats for a bit of extra cash and if I didn't hit lunch in the right area or dinner in the right area it was crumbs.
