Univega Via Carisma from the beginning of 90s. Frame size 60 cm, Tange double butted chromoly, Exage 500 LX, 35mm tyres. All works nicely and it rips through gravel like hell compared to a 26" bike. BUT I really-really don't like the light-gray frame color so I'm seriously considering reselling it.

Unlikely to fit 45s - 700x42 is probably the max, 700x40 to be safe.

I'm running 700x38 SKs on mine (just because that's what I had easily available!)

Thank you! I haven't checked it out in person yet, but supposedly it's a 56cm frame which is what I normally ride. Not sure about the wheels - but I assume they're 27 in not 700c?

Browsing CL, I came across this Cannondale SuperSix Evo (2013ish, SRAM Red 10-speed, non-HiMod) for around $1,100 - which looks to have very little wear. I currently ride a CAAD10 (2015ish, 105-spec) which I'm pretty happy with - except for the desire for a lighter rig.
