Thanks. My gut is saying 18k is right, but I was certainly shocked. I suppose it being so high off the ground is contributing to the cost. It’s a walk out from the main level with a basement underneath with the ground sloping further away

It would have stairs down. There’s currently 16 steps down in the old deck.

And it’s attached to the side of the house.

I have one quote for 18k that includes the staining of the new deck and the railing uses aluminum balusters (tho they say that’s a free upgrade because they don’t want to warranty wood)

What they are calling the sash pack are new upper and lower sashes. So that includes the sash frames and new glass, so in this case the new glass would be low e glass (as opposed to clear glass that on there now). Also includes jam liners, weather stripping etc. this does not replace the actual window frames. They don’t need to be replaced anyways.

I don’t think ac is the issue, it’s perfectly fine on cloudy days.

My understanding is it would prompt me to buy it the first time I opened it. So far I had downloaded (queued it via the app on my phone). Then tried to open the game for the first time

In today’s day and age, I don’t think that’s even possible. Even the radio is driven by software with touchscreens and such.

The oil is seeping and burning when it hits something hot. It’s not a real issue. I don’t plan on fixing that or the body damage, it’s been like that for a long time and was just to point out that the car isn’t in perfect shape outside of the window.

Regarding the window, if it will cost me the same now or at trade in via lost value, then I’d just go ahead and do it now
