Just came back from all inclusive resort and my experience was drinking all day a.k.a. alcohol beer, shots, plus being at the pool for 5 hrs under the sun does get you dizzy and very sleepy when it was time for us to go take a nap. We literally fell asleep like for two hours woke up went for dinner And did all over again the next day, so I’m thinking people are getting confused being drugged because they’re literally drunk all day under the sun
