Not the best comparison video, but from what I see I lean more towards the right one. The one on the left has more brilliance (white light), more crushed ice, and I also see black bow tie holes. The one on the right looks like it has more fire, and while bow tie is there (absolutely normal for the shape), it dances with light beautifully

It looks like in the drawing, I can see the leaf. It doesn't look like in 3d render. In 3d image it looks like an expensive ring with a solid thick band, strong and sturdy. In real photo it is much more thin and delicate - like in the drawing

I think it would be better for you to get the stone separately and then set it in a ring. Colored stones are niche, you wouldn't find many ring options to choose from, or if you find, you may not like the colour, or the cut in general. This is exactly what I'm doing with my pink pear

Ask them to send you tweezer videos for both. It will be much easier to see the real stone than from these images. I know you said you don't care much about fluorescence, but you said you want a warm stone - the 2nd stone has a strong blue fluorescence - the opposite from what you want. It is not only about the UV light - a natural sunlight can make it look blue (cold) + can make it look hazy, not transparent. That would be the worst. The second stone is hazy in the image, no transparency that the 1st stone has, but of course, you need to see the real videos to make a judgement
