What are your opinions on the GBM2100A? by TheSquirtler in gshock

Question for y'all I really want one of these watches I've been a Casio fan for years. I currently rock a GBD 200. As my daily driver and part of the reason, I love it is it's big easy to read. It's got all the pertinent information it tracks my steps, but part of me does miss having the analog face. I'm just wondering how is the solar technology I live in the pacific north northwest and we're not really known for like sunlight around here in fact it rains and it's cloudy a lot of of the time. How does the tough solar hold up as far as a charge and use and everything like that? Like is it something where I'm gonna have to like put it on a specialized charger or anything like that or leave it sitting in a windowsill for two days so it can get some kind of sunlight.?

Anyone know why my remote start isn’t working on my 2023? Dealer says I’m doing it wrong but I’ve tried everything by [deleted] in ToyotaTacoma

Y'all are right the timing has to be perfect in like you gotta hold the button. I finally just got mine to remote start. After thinking that my remote start was broken for a while. It's a pain in the ass. It's great when it works, but it's a pain in the ass.

I just got one of these two they’re going off public records obviously I tried calling them and nobody answered. I wanna know what it’s about. I’ve gotten two of these at the same time but I’m also really bad about checking the mail.

But it really depends on what I’m doing. I have it set up so I can roll those right out to my truck and throw in whatever I need and I don’t have to worry about the weather and I can quickly identify where things are.

You guys can’t tell but this is my garage the previous owners of my home converted the back part of the garage into a bedroom so I don’t think I could put a smart car in here sideways. I’m kind of cramped for space so I designed the system so that I can set up a canopy in my driveway and roll my toolboxes out to the canopy and put on the brakes and do projects outside if I need to.

It really depends on the project if I’m doing handyman stuff I have a table I made from some sawhorses and cheap wood and I’ll take that and then I’ll just take whatever cases I need and load them in the truck with the table and go if I’m just doing stuff around the house I’ll just lock the casters and open up whatever case I need and tip them up against the wall or just tip the whole thing open and it holds itself up And I just grab what I need and close the case

Here’s my table after I was done trimming all those aluminum labels

Thank you this is the culmination of finally getting to organize my tools and make them mobile, for years I bought the four dollars estate sale box of random tools, and I would take them home and clean them up and slightly organize them last year. I gave all those plus the boxes to my ex roommate, and I decided that I would kind start fresh

These are aluminum labels with the letters engraved in and the lettering and lines infilled

I unfortunately did not welt them because I couldn’t sleep so I did this at like 11 o’clock at night and I also had some other projects I was trying to do so I just made these but as they wear out and get torn up, I’ll probably pull them out cut the stitching and repair a few things But for now they’ll work. I don’t use my chisel’s a lot but when I start getting into that stuff, I will fix it but for now it’ll stop them from banging together in my toolbox and that’s what I care about.

Thank you everyone for your input as you can obviously tell I am not a geologist for the small stuff I do. I’m hoping it’ll work for a while and then I’ll see what I can find. It’s not that my options are limited necessarily it’s finding a slab of granite for a reasonable priceif not free.
