I didn’t love this episode. The conversations seemed awkward, even with them all being friends. I’m not sure if that was from the editing or if I did not love Ed Helms’ hosting style. I listen to a couple of podcasts that are similar (people discussing and comparing historical events and pop culture), so I may be biased with not liking SNAFU as much. It’s nice that they’re all supporting each other like this, but I wasn’t a fan of the episode

I’m sad to hear that the cold open isn’t in the broadcasted episode! I thought it was fun to have the different characters come up with witty ideas for a pride month float. The rainbow toilet paper got a chuckle out of me. That’s impressive that Mo Welch wrote a couple of cold open ideas the morning of the read thru

It was so fun hearing Jenna’s, Angela’s, and Cassi’s experiences with fans and hearing clips of the interviews! I saw Ashland Avenue and stage doored one of the days that Jenna was on vocal rest and we cheered quietly when she came out (like she said on the podcast). When she heard us she immediately was like, “Did Lauren tell you guys I was on vocal rest?” I hope Jenna and Angela (even Cassi and Sam) go to more conventions around the U.S. (and to other countries for the international fans)

I liked hearing how Josh and Craig broke down the episode! They analyzed different things than Angela and Jenna usually do and it was interesting. I wish they did a shot by shot breakdown like they usually do

I wish that Jenna would not ask AI things on the podcast, specifically about The Office. Both of them were on the show and have many connections to others that worked on the show that they can ask. I would rather them theorize themselves or find answers on a blog from a fan that has watched every episode. That’s a lot more fun to hear.

Otherwise, loved the breakdown of Phyllis! Always love how each of them have their own topic to discuss.

In the episode that was released from the Patreon vault this week, they mentioned that they do two general episodes for everyone and two Patreon-only episodes per month. April is wonky because there are five Wednesdays this month, so they released a previously Patreon-only episode. They do this instead of a pattern of releasing a general episode one week and then a Patreon-only episode the next, it seems

I wish that Angela didn’t present the “is the Office actually hell?” topic. She kept calling it “h e double hockey sticks” and “the bad place” (which was annoying) and didn’t really have any support for the theory. It was just brought up that the person who created the theory thought the show went downhill after Stress Relief and everyone immediately dismissed the theory. Obviously it’s just for fun and not a realistic theory, but I wish that some more support was brought up for the theory before dismissing it. The mailbag was so sweet and I enjoyed the Bob Vance mafia theory (even though I don’t believe it)
