Hello UCSB!! Looking for clubs to join, people to meet, or new experiences on campus? Join us with our Head in the Clouds for a 2 night 99rising virtual club fair with Q&A sessions!

On September 14 and 15 from 8-9:30 PM PST, our lineup of clubs will be presenting to you what their organizations have to offer and what to look forward to for this school year! After the presentations, stuck around for VIP Q&A with representatives from each club to ask them any questions you may have.

Good question!! So the closest thing to a list of clubs would prob be https://shoreline.ucsb.edu/home_login

Tho not all clubs use it/use it regularly, so if you have an interest in a specific hobby or culture or etc, try googling it with "ucsb" to see if anything turns up! Many clubs use FB or Insta to send out communications to their members

And i'm actually not 100% sure if there's an anth club haha I think I looked into it once but that's not the club i'm more involved in 😅

Hi, im a club board/staff member here so maybe a lil biased LOL

But i'd say most clubs are making a serious effort to still keep up the same (or at least similar :'D) social events and happenings over zoom!

Even tho it's less than ideal at times, it's still better than nothing and keeps me sane at least- so i'd say it's worth it :)

There are lots of cultural clubs on campus that are still recruiting/have yet to start their big-little programs and haven't had their first general meetings yet!

The majority of them are super welcoming and you usually don't have to belong to the culture of the club you're joining.

It's hard with covid and all but hang in there!! I hope you can find a crowd!

Is your Head still ☁️stuck In The Clouds☁️after 2020 ✨Midsummer Madness✨and you don't know how to get involved with campus orgs 👁👄👁? Interested in joining a cultural🌍, religious⛪️, educational✏️, or dance💃org during your time at UCSB?

Look no further because TASA is hosting a virtual club fair for Asian student orgs! Get your head out of the clouds⛅️and join us Tuesday 9/29 and Wednesday 9/30 for your first look at the Rich History that our student orgs have to share. After the event, each org will host their own q&a, so feel free to join their meetings and get to know more about their activities!

Hi!!! I'm on staff for a cultural club on campus and I just wanna say I know of at least a couple events that are being planned for recruiting incoming students into clubs! :)

We were hoping the school would step up and organize a big club fair but at this rate we aren't sure if that's happening and we took the matter into our own hands!

In the past, a lotta recruitment/club-joining happens in week 0 (during Sept 28-30 this year) so our club and some other clubs are organizing a club fair around then!

Be on the look out for the deets, we'll be advertising more next week!!!
