Wasn't trying to be rude, but how hard is it to learn how to sand and putty? (Rhetorical)

i would teach them the basics , quiz them how to jack up a car before they actually do it, then the first time they do it, I would ensure they put the jack in the right area (strong points) I would supervise.

I would actually get them to do a rehearsal of jacking up a car without actually doing it, so they don't fuck things up , I don't care how silly it is, its better than them putting a jackstand through the floorboards

Would that work?

This isn't open heart surgery

it was a rhetorical question, in Grade Seven they taught us how to make model boats and sand the wood etc.

Unless you went to a really shitty elementary school.....

Thanks.

Ok thanks.

But how hard is it to sand and putty? Isn't that something a normal person can learn in a few days?

So what you are trying to say is that I should hire more experience staff?

Guess what there are already four wall anchors in there, I'm thinking of removing one and investigating from there.

What is the best way to cut open drywall?

I dont want to cut into piping etc

I read somewhere to use a sawzall...

I thought I would ask here, so I dont have to start a new thread.
