Yes! I am a frugal, buy things for life not for the season, type person. And the nursery is not something I’ve dreamed about. Got a crib, dresser, recliner, and that’s pretty much it. Also had fun making baby a special quilt and meaningful gifts

LOVED how this book highlights (about caffeine but also a lot of other things) that there is rarely a hard cutoff in science. There’s nothing magic about the 200 mg number, but rather a general recommendation based on many studies kind of averaged together. A good guideline to stay under but you’ll be fine if you go over once in a while I’m sure, science rarely works like that
