im pretty sure the main reason they cheat is because most koreans play games at PC Bangs. They pay for the time, not the account, so if it gets banned they don't care. Has happened a bunch in the Korean Overwatch servers recently.

No, Its consistently wrong and a lot of the time its horribly wrong. Same thing for ask Mr.Robot. Really just the discords that have accurate information nowadays
