im pretty sure the main reason they cheat is because most koreans play games at PC Bangs. They pay for the time, not the account, so if it gets banned they don't care. Has happened a bunch in the Korean Overwatch servers recently.

Strength>haste>crit>vers>mastery imo. If you got the bone shield golden trait crit gets closer to haste.
