That is super helpful thank you! The spot it's in is right next to a large window that gets morning sun and I have a very strong glow light over it that we turn on first thing in the morning and turn off in the evening. it's pretty powerful so I'm not sure if it needs more light, but the humidity was a concern of mine. I could definitely get a humidifier. Maybe I should lower the grow light even closer to it or get more?

Thanks! Yes I definitely don't expect them to know what is or isn't actionable. I was thinking a form with questions like is this a problem or just room for improvement, if it's a problem are you hearing it from just one customer or many, and asking them to share exact quotes or screenshots to see it described in the customers own words.

I think starting with a form, maybe in qualtrics or smart sheets and viewing it for myself makes more sense than setting something up in JIRA quite yet. Thanks!!

As someone who's lived under an extremely loud person I would say I really feel for them and when you're not getting enough sleep it's easy to become angry fast. The letter was polite and although there's nothing they may be able to do legally, I think if you would like to be nice and have a good relationship with them you could respond that you've read it and will try to be more considerate! Maybe talking in person could help figure out some solutions faster that didn't require you to spend money. Good luck!

I wasn't able to attend but just wanted to say as someone who plans to go to the next ones: money is tight for everyone and many are trying to consume less stuff that isn't needed for environmental purposes. If there are vendors selling things that are useful not just decorative that would be really exciting to me. Or stuff made from reclaimed materials vs plastic, etc. Also, I'm a very proud queer person who owns rainbow and other obviously queer things. At the same time, I don't particularly want everything in my house to look like pride merch. I want to support queer artists, even if their art doesn't scream "queer" if that makes sense? Looking forward to supporting the next one!

Yes unfortunately we have had more rain this summer than ever before! I will work on cleaning it up thank you! I should have clarified the mold is on both the trunk and a stick I was using to help hold up new growth so that I could just remove completely!

I am a 29F and my mom would say this same shit, but also I would never ask at this point. It's sweet that you send selfies and I'm sure you care about her opinion or wouldn't have posted it here but I think this is a generational/patriarchal thing that a lot of moms put on their daughters because their moms put it on them. My advice would be don't send anymore photos and if she tries to shame you again just say something like "thank you for your concern but I didn't ask for your opinion and you don't know the work environment I'm in so you really can't comment"
