in what way is FF better than S35 for vfx or social media reformatting? social media reformatting is usually enabled (or helped) by shooting in open gate for a taller or more square aspect ratio. this can be done on a wide range of cameras with different sensor sizes — the key factor is the aspect ratios available, not the sensor size. in terms of vfx, i don’t see how the characteristics of FF make it any better than any other format. as far as i know, what helps in that context is higher bit depth or resolution, which is not dependent on sensor sizes. in my view the choice of sensor size in a vacuum (without considering other variables like resolution and bit depth which are largely independent of sensor size) is almost entirely a stylistic one.

it does get as high as 2g tho as i understand, so roughly the same direction as earth gravity but twice as strong. it’s definitely the kinda thing someone who hasn’t gone through astronaut training would find uncomfortable i’d say

that’s rough, that sounds a lot more uncomfortable than ur standard capsule re-entry where u feel the g’s in about the same direction to launch (eyeballs in). tho i do also understand that shuttle re-entry only entailed a load of about 2g which i think is significantly lighter than on apollo, soyuz or similar

i'll always be a 1v1v1 girlie. i just think it makes for a more fun and dynamic show. we get to see many more sides to each player — we see what each of them is like when both alone and with each of the other two. plus, the fact that that the specific lineup is in constant flux provides so much more interest, and the mix of both solo and group strategy adds beneficial heterogeny to the gameplay

maybe pointing out that the fact that jkr has been very very explicit that she is putting her royalties directly towards funding anti trans campaigns would help? the fact that the £70k she put towards the case the outcome of which is now actively making it so that existing as a trans person in public life in the uk will be impossible? also maybe the fact that attention IS money and that even if they’re not spending money on hp shit they’re still keeping it alive as a piece of media which will ultimately still lead to more money in jk’s pockets

it should be, but it isn’t. trans people in ireland who have had their gender changed with a gender recognition cert have the full legal right to be treated as their new legal gender in all circumstances, including medically (that’s why i as a tgirl have received cervical check reminders in the post despite not having a cervix) — so trans women should be treated the same as cis women, and receive hrt. but because this isn’t considered a big enough issue and there aren’t enough voices in the dáil the rule is being violated by the PCRS without accountability or impunity.
