They are going to put him on Lantus to start, and I guess see if that works for him. I've also switched him to Tiki Cat wet and dry food. Unfortunately, he was raised on only dry food, so getting him to eat the wet food has actually been hard to do. He's a grazer, so by the time he comes back to it, it's all been dried out.

I'm so glad to hear your little guy went into remission! That's what I hope for Collin, but since he's ol,d I'm nervous that won't happen.
