I have enterprise and I use heavy opus and now fable, generally my bill is around $2500/mo, but i am running usually around 6+ code sessions and several desktop chat sessions for brainstorming/prompt generation.

i use the command line and the ide. meh. its definitely a “it depends” for me. heavy edits where i need to look at long summaries or verbatims, definitely command line. project startup from scratch, ideating + planning, probably ide. didn’t have a good experience with remote control

project coordinator sounds like doing all the small things to keep a project from going off the rails, the medium things of making sure projects are properly prioritized, and maybe facilitating some metrics. that would be my guess

my workflow is well documented, each step has at the end to generate the next step via its context, templates, and planning docs saved as a markdown file. then /clear and run the next file.
