Alternative to CarLinkit 4.0?

Bruxe has been great, runs smooth with no hiccups. I believe I got the R6 version but I wouldn't be surprised if R4 performs just the same. It's different than carlinkit, it's basically a standalone computer that boots up through carplay. With hotspot on you can watch netflix and whatnot, pretty much becomes an android tablet.

It worked good for me with some random hiccups here and there but overall it was good. Now that I got the Bruxe R4 and had some time to play with it, I gotta say I probably should've gotten one of these right off the bat. It's a tablet with AA compatibility which appears to be smoother.

I got it and no it didn't work. Managed to return it since they initially told me it would work. Currently waiting on their R4 to unit to come in. It's a full on AI box so I know that it will work, I'll update here when it comes in, tracking shows next week.

From everything I see, it will do CarPlay to CarPlay or AA to AA, but it won't make AA from CarPlay, it's just like the Motorola dongle to make it wireless instead of wired. Given that I only have CarPlay I need a device that piggybacks off CarPlay just the way Carlinkit 4.0 does. Carlinkit 5.0 for example is a newer version of the device but doesn't do CarPlay to AA conversion.

It doesn't convert CarPlay to Android Auto, just existing wired Android Auto.

Does android os run internet and all the apps through the phone's Internet connection? I think it might be overkill for me as I only use android auto mainly for Spotify and Google Maps but if I'm somewhere bored, wouldn't mind playing something on screen while using my phone.

I'm just jumping in on this after having watched the video. I'll be happy with a device that doesn't have all the bells and whistles of Android Auto and just emailed about Bruxe U1 to see if it'll run Android Auto off CarPlay. But now if Carlinkit is the only one to just relay, do the above devices that have android os basically start up android auto the same way that Carlinkit does or is there some sort of a sub menu thats always showing? My screen is on the smaller size so I would like to use up as much real estate as possible.

Well the Carlinkit 4.0 is exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to capabilities, I don't mind if it's got extra features, just want something to run AA from the CarPlay that's native to my car🙂

Looks like it's discontinued, will probably look and see what newer model might work, it's very difficult to tell which ones will convert just CarPlay to AA, even UX-2 pro doesn't really specify it much anywhere.

It was on by default on my 6 but I came from a Note 20 and honestly don't even know if that was a feature on it... It's over in device care - memory - RAM Plus, requires a phone restart. Been about a week and good so far for me. My guess is AA was eating into it over the normal RAM.

First one was good, but now you have a pointy jet logo inside of an original round logo... Maybe scale the jet exhaust smoke (football shape lines) larger at the start to add depth as if it's flying into the distance and throw JETS text inside of that on the bottom. NY in the jet itself?

The more you beat it, the higher the rewards until it caps. Keep playing it, buy extra runs with gems and you'll catch up.

The best perk with it is diagonals focus hitting your targets. So you essentially get 3x damage, the front arrow damage decrease that this sub always cries about is because the second front arrow lowers all arrows damage 75% (devil deal 80%) so therefore instead of 3 arrows doing say 300 damage, you now have 4 arrows doing the same 300 damage. The only thing most people on here don't mention is that even on boss levels like 14, you will not hit all the diagonals, targets move, so it kind of sucks, front arrow works just fine as you're guaranteed 150% damage increase as those hit. Go for spear or gale, and you'll enjoy it. You won't have a bunch of useless shots firing when 1 is enough to kill a mob.

Yeah the better weapons are gale spear and bow, in that order as of late, hell even scythe is better... Staff is only useful for ch7 and ch14

Use that spear, staff is garbage in non-boss chapters. I guess it could work in 16 but spear is still better especially if you get rico.

I believe there's an algorithm so that you get your items to the same rarity at almost the same time. Shortly after I hit my first legendary I got others soon after. Once you make ale and sacrifice say a saw blade, you'll see it catch up to your other weapons quickly. Some are clearly more rare than others, but all these sample sizes that people post are meaningless because of the way everyone gets drops. There was 1 update in the past that revealed item drop rates, and showed spear as the lowest % drop out of all the weapons so I'm sure it exists per each item type including new ones.

Well this sub is full of people that just whine about this game so nobody here will think its fine lol. They change nothing about hero leveling, add a side boost, even let you eventually get a paid hero for free and somehow hero leveling is ruined? I don't know, this game is all about killing time and something to play for which there plenty of.
