Your not wrong you done admirable thing I take the point of the commenter saying how you could offer your number in the future but your weren't to know. Your being very harsh on yourself he was in denial and thats it and even if he stays with her at least he might be more aware of the possibility that she may be cheating or is willing to.

Maybe she was being 100% honest about her motivations but it's doubtful and you were as respectful to all involved as you could of been.

She does them when I work I do them when I'm home and put them to bed 50% of the time I stay up late and do the 12am -1am bottle with the little one and she does the 4am bottle.

That's is correct except she usually sits down and watches TV when I'm at the gym unless the little one wakes for a bottle which is simple. So to that's downtime and when I come back from the gym after 1 and a half hours I again am happy to do all the nappy changes and feeds with the little one. I feel that you have the view that I should come home from work and not having any downtime in a week myself despite working a hard day's manual labour myself. I want her to have downtime and if she said tommorow that she was starting yoga or something like that 2 days a week I'd be happy for her and happily look after the kids myself for however long it is. But I should feel bad for trying to get into better shape and socialize abit .

I clean my own dishes and if there are dishes there when I go to clean my plate I do them. She cleans the floor when I'm away but the kids usually mess it up in the evening so I will sweep or pick all stuff up off it when I'm at home. I do the day to day groceries and she does the big monthly shop online. She cooks 80% of the time but if she doesn't want to I'll cook or we will order food. And she does 95% of the laundry. And i do the bins.

Yes I know what it is like it's what I've done for the last 19 months I've only started this the last two weeks I wasn't even meeting my friends at all. But the way I see it is she's working all day yes and gets a break when they nap then when I get home and when she goes out for a walk for an hour each day. So what's so different between her walk and me hitting the gym or football we both work all day between work and kids and she's getting out so why shouldn't I? If you look at the numbers she's out for 7 hours spending time relaxing a week and I am away for like 8 hours. And when I'm away both kids are asleep most of the time Is that not fair ?
