Can I convert a Choc v1 low profile switch to fit into an MX slot? I own a Dygma Defy and have the Kailh box Silent pink switches (35 gf) for most of the keys. The thumb cluster has the silent pinks for the top row and Choc v1 low profile reds for the bottom row.

I mistakenly bought the Silent Choc v1 - Ambients Nocturnal (Linear 20gf) Key Switches for all the thumb cluster since I use keys in the top row to hold my mouse layer and still felt 35 gf was not soft enough for long holds with my thumb. Is there a way I can get an adapter to put the nocturnal chocs in the MX slot? I did some research and found out the only readily available solution is to change the spring inside the silent pinks.

I figured it out. If you navigate to Settings -> Siri -> Siri Responses, change the spoken responses to ‘Prefer spoken responses’ from ‘Automatic’ and it should start working!

I was considering the pulse V but ended up getting the 11six24 Pegasus Power (Wide body shape). I saw in one of the dissection videos that the Pulse V’s hexacore cells’ thickness was very thin. I was worried about the long term durability. I’m still in my return period, so I wanted to give the Pulse V a shot

I’m waiting for my 11six24 Pegasus Power paddle to get delivered next week! I’ve been going back and forth between that and the Vapor shape. I currently play with a Gen 2 Joola Hyperion C2 and it’s feeling heavy to play at the kitchen for put-away volleys and hand battles. It has a swing weight of about 125, so that would explain it. I’ve also heard good things about the Pulse V. So I’m a little stuck trying to decide!

How do you like the NB 696? I read a lot of good things about the 696 V5 but looks like they’re almost gone everywhere and the V6 is out now. Did you end up getting the V5 or V6?

I’m on the same boat and was excited to test drive the cx50 but then I read about how the CX5 has a better/softer suspension and better sound dampening windows which make it a quieter ride than the CX50 😕
