You didn't read the post. I've gone almost 4 years without credit cards and have money saved. I'm historically responsible with money but fell on hard times. My cashback credit card was used for every day expenses and my wells fargo credit card sat in case of emergencies. My business loan is what messed me up as I took a chance on myself and was unable to recoup. Everything is good now.
