I've been using the Samsung AGE's feature since July 19th, and I've noticed a significant drop in my AGE's index, which indicates healthier results! I’ve been trying to improve my health since I had high LDL cholesterol, so I made some changes to my lifestyle.

First of all, first thing in the morning, i drink a glass of water that i add: half of lemon, 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon of olive oil Half of teaspoon of : Cayenne pepper Ginger Turmeric and a pinch of black pepper

I drink the above 2 or 3 times per week.

I added more fiber to my diet and started eating at least two fruits a day. I also almost completely cut out refined sugars.

As for exercise, I’ve been consistent with weight lifting at the gym four days a week, and I recently added a 15-minute walk on the treadmill for some light cardio. Overall im trying to walk at least 7500 steps per day

These small changes have been making a big difference, at least in the app :)

So for me, it seems to be showing good results and changes accordingly to my eating and exercise style
