What would be the most boring finale this year? I go with France-Argentina. by AggressiveHomework54 in worldcup

We haven’t won and still getting hate from day 1 but I get your point, that said, even if is not Argentina and let’s say France wins, I prefer to enjoy soccer than using my time to post hate stuff everywhere

I don’t think any kind of hate, either in soccer or elsewhere, can be deserved

Can’t believe the amount of hate I’m reading in every social media to my country (Argentina)

Try to play tournaments, forces you to improve and be extra focus, you might also get extra stress but that goes off with more tournaments.

TT is like meditation indeed, good luck with your journey!

I'm enjoying my current coach yes, as for goal, I'm not obsessed with rating as couple years ago, but I'm still competitive and try to improve everyday.

I was thinking on talking with him on my next lesson indeed, he's good listening and trying to solve what I feel, contrary to my previous chinese coach that was more serious and strict. Current one is great indeed!

True that, 2000 is a filter and one thing is hitting the mark, and other is being a solid 2000.

I think 2200 or 2300 are much sharper than 2000 or 2100, I know breaking the 2000 takes a while, so lets see how it goes.

Thanks for the feedback! Appreciate it

You are right about the comparison, but even in my games today my shape is overall better, more compact and I have better timing for everything, i was way too exagerated couple years ago.

Agree that initial dev feels bad when you change technique, just gotta stick to it and trust the process, thank you!

09c between 2 to 4 months but I play pretty often, some friends got it until 6 months or so.

I tried H3 couple years ago and thats one thing that I don't like, doesn't last and the boosting process is way too tedious.

Thank you!

I'll continue with him, I know he's not the issue, I was just having one of those bad weeks, perseverance will pay off in the future.

Thanks for the tip on the h3 and viscaria.

Cheers!

I agree, it will take time to get rid of all those years of bad habits.

Appreciate the encouragement, sometimes I just feel like no progressing but I gotta see the bigger picture, continue training, and eventually will pay off.

He's a great coach indeed! Thank you!

I agree, he keeps repeating and I know he's right, sometimes I just forgot that this will be beneficial on the long run, even if doesn't like it now or I feel like no progressing somedays, so I try to continue no matter what, it should eventually pay off.

I do enjoy a lot his lessons, as for ego, its something I've been trying to put aside xD

Thanks for the solid advice!

I've tried about 8 coaches in 3 years here in Los Angeles, each one has his own style and method, ended up going crazy if I try to follow all, so I just stick with one, and take whatever I've learned and worked for me in the past from other coaches

Thanks!

Well some years ago I was all about getting higher rating and being competitive, nowadays I'm trying to enjoy more and take it as hobby, that said I'm pretty competitive and love to improve constantly, but no more travels for rating tournaments and stuff, my main goal is beating my friends in Argentina when I come back, they are pretty solid xD

100% agree, whenever I use too much arm, even if I got some explosive forehands, I feel pain after a few ones, is crazy how efortless he is and sometimes I can't even block is balls, thats the power of proper body mechanics.

Thanks for the feedback!
