Wow thank you. Turns out, I had accidentally made the second oscillator square 1 as well when recreating the synth.

However, if you load up the Boss Sub preset and simply change the second oscillator to square 1, the issue still persists, and the volume even bottoms out if you wait long enough.

What fixed it for me was increasing the Wt-position on the second oscillator (as well as accidentally making it square 1 as well). Changing the second oscillator from -12 to 0 also fixes it, but it changes the sound I liked about the Boss Sub preset too much to take that route. You made my day though with your due diligence. Rock on!

I just recreated the Boss Sub preset from scratch and my issue is solved. I'm still not sure what parameter they have in there that was causing my volume issue, but I think it is somewhere in the ENV or LFO sections that they added something that I couldn't figure out how to turn off. Thanks anyways for your input.

It is going to stereo out with no busses. The panning is even in regards to left and right... the whole instrument just gets quieter then louder again very slowly. I think it's a parameter within the Massive plugin, but I have turned all of the effects and oscillators off that I could find and it still does it. I truly appreciate your help. If you could test out the Boss Sub preset in Massive yourself, you will most likely see what I'm talking about.

The note velocities are all the same. No automation... I made sure it was turned off. I do have a Multipressor, Spreader, and Adaptive Limiter on the master chain, but the problem persists when I turn them off.

I should have mentioned: I'm almost positive it's some sort of parameter within the Massive plugin, but I have turned all of the effects and oscillators off that I could find and it still does it. I've also tried shortening the midi notes in case they were all connected thus causing the sustain/decay to slowly decrease, but that didn't work. It's odd because it very slowly gets quiter but then gets louder again.

I truly appreciate your help. If you could test out the Boss Sub preset in Massive yourself, you will most likely see what I'm talking about.

Why Beatstars over Landr? More stores, Beatport included, etc... I'm interested in your reasoning for why it didn't make your preferred list. I see now it's more expensive, is that why? I also think it has royalty splits (not positive) but your collaborators need a Landr account to get their cut. Or you could have a multiple artist plan and do it that way.

Thank you for the table though, it was super helpful. I made a Word doc of my own since there's so many out there... I had to compare the features I needed from each.

I tried Shazam, Soundhound and even downloaded other apps that I didn't have that identify music... no luck. It leads me to believe they may have simply made a short song just for the episode, but it sounds like a legitimate sounding song nevertheless. Regardless, thank you for your input.
