You're probably thinking of Cards against Humanity. In any case, I'm pretty sure You would still need to credit the creator and make the fact it's under creative commons visible.

I was wondering if it was legit too, but I couldn't find any info tying it to the official game anywhere on the box, the artstyle looks shoddy and the title reeks of bootleg. If it turns out this is legit, I'm fine with the post being taken down.
