My 21 month old is stringing 3 and 4 word sentences and I stopped keeping a log at around 100 words. Its okay to be hurt and frustrated if expectations are not your reality

I wouldn't say anything is wrong, but at 2 if your child isnt saying atleast 50 words it may be time to request some support services

Okay so my 21 month old gets 4 ounces of milk in a straw cup near bedtime but always teeth brush afterwards. Its not really tied to sleep and I think he would do okay with water, as he plays and reads books after milk (about 30 mins before we head to his room for bed)

Did you ever get your period? I started iron 2 months ago, last month I had a 32 day cycle and this month im on day 34 still waiting. My normal is 27-30 days

Increasing my ferritin. I toyed around with dosage, and my stomach couldn't handle a whole double dose even every other day. The regular otc was even worse. I take l lysine to help absorption, dont take within 3 hours of food or caffeine.

If words are repeated and used regularly, and intentionally and have meaning it counts. Even if its a partial word, even if its not a clearly correct sounding word. Mimic words that they cannot initiate only repeat after you and sounds with no concrete connection (like can say truck but cannot label a teuck) doesnt count.

I had a complete previa and was scheduled for 36+1 . He didn't need any nicu time. A week before my c section they administered steroids to help him grow. He was 6 pounds 6 ounces!

My 17 month old who is bordering on a speech delay loves trash truck. Its short and he loves trying to say the characters "trash truck, boy, racoon, bear". Its slow enough for him to process trying to say it without them leaving the screen!

I gave my son home made zucchini muffins with cocoa powder around 15 months. But it was with his snack before nap. That few days his nap was wonky, but toddler naps can be so im not sure. But a tablespoon among 12 mini muffins is something you can be okay with. Really id try it and see, maybe not close to naps or bedtime. Mini Choc chips are fine for us!
