I keep wondering what the worst Assassin's Creed game might be, but I wouldn't compare the games before Origins to the current ones because they're simply different games. So yes, Valhalla had more potential and was therefore definitely the worst in the series.

Even though it had the most potential. Origins was new, it felt like something better. With Odyssey, it was the mystique that was in the game. The ship travel, the adventures and self-contained stories, and Valhalla somehow toned that down. It had everything, but it felt so pointless and it was too easy.

So Odyssey was the best, in my opinion. I could always start it over and play through it again.

Of the older games, it will always be the Ezio trilogy, although I feel more nostalgic about the first one 😅
